Domiciliary care

Azelea care solutions offers services aimed at supporting an individual in their home are included in a ‘domiciliary care’ package. These services are available to those who require additional assistance with day to day housekeeping tasks, personal care or other activities that enable them to maintain their quality of life and independence.

Our home care services are based on what works best for you. Domiciliary care at home has become increasingly popular among families because it allows them to be in full control of the support they receive.

A comprehensive care plan is put into place that’s completely customised around your needs, from a few visits day to several hours a day or overnight support, includes one-on-one personal attention.

Personal Care

A home care provider can provide personal care tailored to meet your individual needs. Illness, age, or infirmity may make it difficult to perform the tasks that you once performed easily. Not only is this frustrating, but it can be humiliating.

We are here to help you remain as independent as possible with the help of fully trained Care Workers, who are understanding and sympathetic without being patronizing and that will respect your dignity at all times. 

Each individual customer is treated as an individual, with unique special needs, preferences, and values, so our caregivers will respect your privacy. Our support services are completely individualized, and we will involve your family members if you wish. Your care plan will only contain the services that you have requested.

Dementia care

When faced with the reality that a loved one is suffering from dementia or increasing memory loss alone, and has difficulty coping, we understand how worrying and stressful it can be.

Dementia has many varying symptoms, and watching someone close struggle with these  symptoms can be upsetting. Many family caregivers will feel overwhelmed because they are unable to provide the right care and support to their loved one. Live-in Care

Living in a home is a viable alternative to a nursing home or residential care center. Families all across the country are preferring to live in a home. Having a live-in caregiver means that they come to your home to provide all the care and support you need in order to live an independent, dignified, and fulfilling life. Sleep-in Night

When you do not need constant support, but still feel anxious when left alone during the night, this option may be right for you. Sleep deprivation and anxieties may soon be alleviated with the support of a sleeping night care Caregiver.

If you would like assistance accessing local amenities such as: local councils, doctors’ surgeries, shops, banks, pubs, post offices, theatres, hairdressers, religious establishments, and voluntary and civic groups, such as play groups, we are glad to help you.

Attending appointments

As part of our effort to make sure your loved ones keep their appointments, we will make sure they are taken to and from the location of their appointment, be it a doctor‘s office, daycare center, etc. Our drivers will also ensure that they are always safe on the way to and from their appointment.
