I was consistently impressed by the amount they took on in helping Dad in maintaining himself and his environment. They helped Dad with his appointments, medication, personal care, meals and house hold tasks in a way that made him feel acknowledged and whenever Dad expressed any issues with Maggi, she was extremely quick to respond to this feedback. Maggi maintained a strong line of communication with me and again was quick to inform me of changes in Dad’s situation. Her insight and experience, and all of the carers’ friendly and hardworking attitude have been immensely important to both Dad and myself this last year. I would wholeheartedly recommend Azelea Care Solutions LTD to anyone requiring Domiciliary Care.

Maggi and the rest of the team have been a real game-changer as far as our Dad’s care goes. They are all extremely hardworking and attentive and have all developed a good rapport with Dad (which admittedly isn’t always easy!)

They have been able to help him with things like his medication, his appointments, with meal times, and with daily house hold tasks, and with many other things to make sure he is as healthy and content as can be.

Maggi has been really good at developing and trialling different plans with Dad to help make the most of every visit and to help improve his quality of life. I would recommend this service to anyone seeking domiciliary care services for their loved ones.

Still cannot believe our luck that we have found a care company that is truly heaven sent! Carers that actually, genuinely care about their clients. My mum has full blown alzheimers/dementia, she can be difficult, argumentative, uncooperative and at times downright nasty, but Maggie and her team handle her with patience, empathy & understanding and can make her smile & laugh through the bad times and the good. They work with us to make sure Mum’s needs are met at every level from her daily medication, personal hygiene to her mental wellbeing and I can honestly say I’ve been moved to tears to see and hear them interact with mum in such a caring way. The carers feel like family, and we know as a family our mum is safe and in good hands. Highly recommendable. 5 stars all the way!

After having a very bad experience with past carers we were a bit worried about having another company come in to care for mum who is 88 yrs old and has alzheimers/dementia but from day one we knew we had made a great choice with Azelea Care Solutions. They are caring and supportive to mums needs and us as a family and I cannot fault them in anyway. Mum is not just a client but a friend and it’s lovely to see and listen to them chatting and making her laugh and smile when they visit. Some days she can be awkward and doesnt always want to cooperate but they have this lovely way of turning things round with their patience and caring ways. Mum has 5 star care from this company and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for carers for their loved ones. In all area of care they are 5 star, communicating with family 5 star, infact they are just 5 star in everything they do.

Maggi and her team looked after my husband April-June 2022, post 8 weeks in hospital. The team members were efficient, showing great empathy for both the client and family. They boosted our morale with good humour. We miss them but will use them for respite care in the near future.

My wife received kind and considered care during her final days at home; as a family we will always remember how this assisted us during a difficult time, Maggie’s staff clearly care for their clients and are an asset to the business, and we would not hesitate in recommending Maggie and her team

Maggie and her staff were fundamental in helping our family achieve Mum’s wishes in getting her home, the care Mum received was kind and thoughtful throughout, the commitment shown by Maggie and her team was heartfelt and genuine, Mum had a real connection with them all which helped during some very difficult times.
